Gilani Mobility specializes in assistive and mobility solutions, offering products like electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and vehicle accessibility modifications. Meanwhile, We Aspire is an educational institution focused on providing vocational and professional training programs, including healthcare, digital marketing, and skills development.

My responsibilities span both technical and marketing functions:

  • IT Administration: Managing and maintaining office computers, ensuring smooth hardware and software operations.
  • Web Development & Design: Designing, developing, and updating WordPress websites for both businesses, including e-commerce integration, CRM automation, and user experience optimization.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assisting with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) setup, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting ad targeting and reporting.
  • Content Creation: Supporting visual content production for social media, blogs, and landing pages to boost online presence and engagement.

By combining tech expertise and creative strategy, I help both organizations streamline operations, enhance digital visibility, and deliver value to their respective audiences.

As an SEO Specialist at Caronic, a leading automotive accessories and services platform based in Dubai, I play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s online visibility and driving organic traffic to our website.

  • Keyword Research & Strategy: I conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant search terms, aligning our content strategy with user intent and market trends.

As a Web Developer and Designer at We Aspire, I have been responsible for building and optimizing their digital platforms using WordPress, ensuring functionality, automation, and seamless integration with essential business tools.

One of my key projects was designing and developing a fully customized e-learning platform tailored to We Aspire’s school structure and branding. This involved:
  • Implementing user-friendly course pages to enhance student engagement.
  • Ensuring mobile responsiveness for accessibility across devices.
  • Optimizing performance and security to provide a seamless learning experience.

2. Automating Online Student Registration

To streamline the admissions process, I built an automated online student registration form, which:

  • Automatically generates and sends a PDF confirmation via email after successful registration.
  • Improves workflow by reducing manual data entry and follow-ups.

3. Integrating QuickBooks Online for Automated Invoicing
